I am a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business, University of New Hampshire (1973) and after three years in the hospitality industry, found my future in real estate.  With 30 years experience as an agent, manager and Broker/Owner as well as the founder and CEO of Virtual Homes (technology company), I am dedicated to elevating our profession by providing tools, training and support to real estate agents and lenders.  Formerly one of the top RE/MAX agents in the network and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, my current focus is to continue the growth of our real estate and technology companies.  I am knowledgable about Internet marketing (first web site posted in 1995), and developed the first RE/MAX Virtual Office (Boston, MA) in the network.

Over the past ten years I have successfully integrated the use of technology into the real estate process through the Virtual Homes system.  We developed and operated RE/MAX Innovations (Boston, MA) virtual office system, where agents in all areas of the state, worked from home and are supported and managed through our Virtual Office System.  We transitioned from RE/MAX in July of 2009 and now operate as a regional independent real estate broker in New England as Virtual Homes Real Estate.  My Blog.
